How long is the call?

Is the €97 refundable?
If you show up and we genuinely can't help you, we'll refund you. But if you're a remote worker, freelancer, or retiree with qualifying income — we can help.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our secure payment processor.
Why is my payment failing?

What is your refund policy for DFY services?

I paid but didn't get a calendar link. What do I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, email [email protected] with your payment confirmation and we'll sort it immediately.
Can I reschedule my call?
Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email or reply to reschedule. Please give at least 24 hours notice.
I missed my call. What now?
